 SETONOPOLY

The Seton Auction is a festive occasion held in the spring each year which features dinner and both voice and silent auctions.  It combines fun, community building, hard work and fund raising.  Time commitment varies according to degree of involvement.


The 23rd Annual Auction has been postponed to Saturday, March 20, 2021 at The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee. Click here for directions.

Sponsors and donors hold the keys to making our parish auction successful and building our Community Chest! If you would like to be a supporting sponsor or if you would like to donate an item to the 2021 Seton auction, check back in 2021. (Auction Sponsorship Form will be available in 2021).

 


Looking for a way to help the parish and have fun? 

Volunteer to help with the Seton Auction!  Help is needed for transporting auction items, setup, registration, finance, and activities. 
We are currently looking for help in the following areas:

  • Counting Team Captain - Oversee the counting of cash and Seton Bucks on the night of the auction
  • Counting Team Member - Help count the cash and Seton Bucks on the night of the auction
  • Silent Auction - Assemble & decorate auction packages.

Seton 100 Raffle

Here is an easy and lucrative way for you to support OUR parish, especially if you are unable to attend the 23rd Annual Dinner and Auction Gala.

The “Seton 100” is a 50/50 raffle with a 1 in 100 chance to win $5,000 (or half of the proceeds if fewer than 100 tickets are sold). The cost is $100 per ticket, but since ONLY 100 tickets are available, your odds of winning are high.

The drawing will take place at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee during St. Elizabeth Ann Seton’s 23rd Annual Dinner and Auction Gala. You need NOT be present to win,

To participate:

  • Purchase tickets AFTER all Masses.
  • Purchase tickets at the parish office Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Any remaining tickets will be available for purchase at the Auction until the drawing is held
  • Make checks payable to ‘St. Elizabeth Ann Seton’. Cash accepted after Masses.

Due to Wisconsin statutes, several administrative rules are in place this year:

  • Only ONE individual’s name may appear on raffle tickets—the individual’s name and address are kept on file and submitted to the state upon request;
  • Order forms and ticket stubs will NOT be mailed—all orders and purchases must be made in person;
  • Raffle ticket purchases are not charitable tax deductions and may not be considered a donation to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.

ALL profits from the 50/50 raffle go directly to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, so even if you do not win personally, we win together as a parish. Thank you for your support!
