Child Ministry

Child Ministry exists to help kids live, pray, and grow in their relationship with Christ Jesus.

Goals of Child Ministry:

  • To form children as missionary disciples of Christ–people who are trained to think, act, and behave like Jesus
  • To build a community where children are encouraged to grow in authentic faith

The Child Ministry program reaches out to families with children in K4-5th grade through a variety of programs, activities, and events.

Our Sacramental preparation programs (First EucharistFirst Reconciliation and The Rite of Christian Initiation of Children (RCIC) are family-centered. The preparation takes place within the home and are supported by the parish in the form of two to three parent/child sessions throughout the preparation process.
