Child Ministry exists to help kids live, pray, and grow in their relationship with Christ Jesus.
Goals of Child Ministry:
- To form children as missionary disciples of Christ–people who are trained to think, act, and behave like Jesus
- To build a community where children are encouraged to grow in authentic faith
The Child Ministry program reaches out to families with children in K4-6th grade through a variety of programs, activities, and events.
Our Sacramental preparation programs (First Eucharist, First Reconciliation and The Rite of Christian Initiation of Children (RCIC) are family-centered. The preparation takes place within the home and are supported by the parish in the form of two to three parent/child sessions throughout the preparation process.
