Communication - Again this year!
This year, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton staff and small group leaders will use a new tool, Flocknote, as the primary form of communication with parents, middle schoolers, and high schoolers. We will send all Disciple Formation updates and reminders through Flocknote as text messages and/or emails. Flocknote is also the best way to communicate cancellations or emergencies. Additionally, it complies with the Safeguarding guidelines outlined by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Flocknote archives all messages and protects the sender’s contact information, so Seton’s designated administrators are the only people who can access personal contact information. Also, parents will be copied on all communication with middle and high schoolers.
Photography & Video Consent
Sharing photos, videos or audio recordings of children on a parish website, social media platform, parish bulletin or other form of publication is an effective way to update parents, share event results or celebrate accomplishments. The following standards are followed in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton's effort to protect your child's digital footprint.

-
Photos, videos, or audio recording of minors in groups of two (2) or more children are allowed
-
Images are posted after the activity is completed so location information of a minor is not available
-
Minors are not identified by name, but rather by group
