The Ministry Support Team offers guidance and assistance to all Seton ministry leaders as we Follow Jesus and Serve Others through collaborative ministry.

The Ministry Support Team consists of the parish priest, Pastoral Associate, Pastoral Council Chair, the three commission leads: Parish Life and Stewardship, Human Concerns, and Spiritual Life and Worship, along with the ministry lead of Rebuilding Disciples.

The Ministry Support Team guides and assists Seton ministry leaders by:

• Promoting awareness and discernment of individual gifts among parishioners, encouraging their stewardship by connecting those gifts with meaningful ministry opportunities.

• Exploring ways to grow and strengthen our relationship with Jesus and one another, which in turn supports the growth and impact of each ministry.

• Balancing, visioning, planning, and executing-- offering ideas to ministry leaders for each of these steps.

• Creating communication flow between and among ministries, building relationships and sharing ideas across all ministries.

• Modeling servant leadership (where the leader is a servant first).

• Serving as liaison between the Pastoral Council and the Ministry Leaders.
