The New Member Ministry is focused on cultivating a welcoming experience that inspires all people to walk with others as we follow Jesus and serve, together.

People currently serve on this team in 2 possible roles:

• Those who are visionary with a desire to explore what hospitality and welcoming could look like at Seton will gather once a month to create a hospitality plan. From this plan, more ways to serve will be created. Stay tuned!

• Those who enjoy planning, hosting, and/or creating event experiences can be part of the team that delivers "New Member" events held 2-3 times per year with a special focus on those new to our community.

The New Member Ministry serves those seeking a relationship with Jesus, those who are currently engaged at Seton, and those who are curious about taking their next step.

Volunteer Opportunities

Those who are visionary with a desire to explore what hospitality and welcoming looks like at Seton in all of its forms will gather once a month. They are dreaming of possibilities, forming a plan and talking about next steps centered on constant expansion of how we deliver hospitality here at Seton. More opportunities to serve will grow from this expansion.

This team is also currently refreshing how we welcome people into the Seton community. Those who enjoy planning and hosting events can support 2 to 3 "Get Connected" events per year from planning and inviting to executing and cleaning up.

This team is also in the process of creating a role for individuals or families who wish to be partnered up with an individual or family who is new to Seton. "Seton Partners" connect once/month on average and extend invitations to experiences hosted at Seton (or elsewhere, as the goal is to be in relationship with others and with Jesus).
