The Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC) is offered for children who have reached the age of reason, usually 7 years old. This is for children who need to be prepared for the Sacrament of Baptism, would like to receive Holy Communion outside of the normal age, or were baptized in another faith tradition and now wish to become Catholic.

At St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, we understand that every child and family situation is unique; therefore, individualized plans and catechesis are developed for each child depending upon their life journey and specific needs.
